Spacewise containers arrive clean and fully functional. Before delivery of the unit, it makes sense to plan the loading process in advance and bring the goods close to the container location before the unit even arrives. This can shorten the time needed to safely place the cargo into storage, which is sometimes necessary to prevent spoilage or atmospheric damage.
Before loading produce, always ensure the storage temperature is stabilised. All products to be stored must be loaded at the same temperature at which the unit is set. Users should routinely check the unit every six hours or more frequently if required. Never store produce underneath the machinery.
Users are obligated to clean our leased units at least every 14 days using high pressure, hot water steam, and a non-contaminant and non-corrosive detergent. Please ensure all surfaces are cleaned and free of ice, including air ducts, floors, drains, and condenser coils.
